Dr. Eldon C. Peters, DPM
Born in Murphy, NC, the western-most town in the state, Dr. Peters is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Peters then went on to earn his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia and completed a three year surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Drexel University's Hahnemann Hospital.
He enjoys living in Historic Oakwood and spending time with his wife, Mary, and two lovely children.
Dr. Alyssa Carroll, DPM
Dr. Carroll fell in love with North Carolina soon after moving to Charlotte from Tampa, Florida. She proudly attended North Carolina State University- GO PACK!
Dr. Carroll earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She then completed a comprehensive three year surgical residency at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware.
She enjoys live music, swimming, and exploring North Carolina's beaches and mountains with her husband, son and two rescue dogs.
Dr. Jacob Panici, DPM
Dr. Panici is a Board Certified Surgical Podiatrist and has served the Triangle for the past eight years. He is originally from Illinois but lives in Apex, North Carolina with his wife and two children.
He completed his podiatry training at Dr. Scholl’s School of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University. He completed a 3-year surgical residency at Sacred Heart and Swedish Covenant Hospitals in Chicago.
Dr. Panici enjoys NC sports, hiking and spending time with his wife and lovely children.
Dr. Brittany Brower, DPM
Dr. Brower grew up in Greensboro, NC. She and her husband met while attending NC State and are huge Wolfpack fans!
Dr. Brower is double board certified. She graduated summa cum laude from NC State and valedictorian from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Brower completed a three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at John Peter Smith Hospital, a level 1 trauma center in Fort Worth, Texas.
She loves running, snowboarding, and traveling with her husband and son.
Dr. Clark Brackney, DPM
Meet Clark Brackney, a dedicated and compassionate podiatrist committed to keeping patients of the NC Triangle on their feet. His post-secondary education began at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a degree in chemistry, followed by a degree in podiatric medicine from Kent State University.
Driven by a desire to provide comprehensive care, Clark completed an intensive 3-year surgical residency through the esteemed Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC.
When I'm not enjoying quality time with my wife and our dog, you'll find me out walking, running, and exploring other engaging hobbies.

I was born and raised in Hickory, North Carolina. I hold a bachelor's in Social Work from East Carolina University and a master's from NC State University.
I have a passion for addressing the needs of individuals and communities, especially in the healthcare industry.
Working for this practice brings me fulfillment each day. I find joy in providing support, assistance, and a listening ear to those I encounter.

I was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in Geography and in City Planning.
I lived in Boone, North Carolina for over 11 years and I love our NC mountains. In my free time I enjoy going to the movies, listening to and buying new records, and most of all traveling!
I have worked in the healthcare field for several years, and especially enjoy serving our geriatric community.

I was born in Boston, MA and raised in Charlotte, NC.
I recently graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Master's in Biomedical Sciences. I also graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2024 with a B.S in Neuroscience and a B.A. in Exercise and Sports Science. I am currently pursuing a career as a physician.
Working at InStride Capital has been an incredibly rewarding experience, allowing me to engage with a diverse range of patients and gain invaluable hands-on experience!

I was born and raised in sunny South Florida. My family and I then moved to Charlotte, NC in 2014.
I obtained a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician in 2022. As an EMT I was honored to receive numerous awards for saving lives as well and EMT of the year two years in a row.
I enjoy meeting new patients, hearing their stories, and learning something new each day!

I was born in Dominican Republic and raised in New York. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Information Science and plan to start my master’s in Healthcare Information Systems next year.
I'm passionate about healthcare and technology, and I’m working toward a career where I can help improve how care is delivered through better use of data and systems. In my free time, I love reading, writing poems, spending time with friends and family, and watching Love Island.

Born and raised in San Diego, CA. I just recently moved over to NC in 2024! I graduated from Purdue University in 2024, where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Health Science. Additionally, I was part of the wrestling team at Purdue for all four years of college!
I am currently planning to apply to medical school in the summer to pursue a career as a physician!
I enjoy hearing patient's stories and providing a quality experience for the patient!

I was born in Richmond, VA and raised in Cary, NC. I am currently a student at North Carolina State University (Go Pack!) majoring in Nutrition Sciences and minoring in Psychology.
After graduation I hope to be accepted into a Physician's Assistant program. Working at InStride is such a wonderful opportunity and I enjoy it everyday.
It's hard not to smile when you're at InStride, there is so much positivity and kindness. I love talking with patients and helping them receive the best care possible!

I moved to North Carolina to attend Duke University where I graduated with a degree in psychology. My goal is to become a physician in the future!

I was born in Miami, Florida, but raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I recently graduated from the University of Mount Olive, where I played a Field Hockey and graduated in Biomedical Sciences / Biochemistry. Currently, I'm pursuing a career to become a physician.
I am really grateful for the opportunity to be part of the InStride team. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, creating an environment where learning and growth are part of everyday life.
One of the things I love most about my role is the chance to learn something new every day, not just from our physicians, but also from our patients. I especially enjoy getting to know each patient, hearing their stories, and understanding their unique backgrounds. It is a privilege to be part of their care :)

I was born in Mississippi and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I'm finishing up my degree in Biological Sciences at NC State University and plan to continue my journey in healthcare by pursuing a Physician Assistant program after graduation.
Working at InStride has been such a meaningful experience. I really enjoy getting to know patients and being a part of their care. I’m especially passionate about giving back to rural and underserved communities, and I hope to focus my future work as a PA on improving access to quality care in those areas.
Outside of school and work, you’ll probably find me out on a trail with my Shepherd mix, or enjoying quality time with friends and family.
